Creating Expert Landscape Contractors

After working several years for landscape contractors, Don Crowley created Caretakers Property Maintenance in 1975. His vast knowledge of landscape construction and training from installation to maintenance is far from average.

For 40 years, we continue to be customer oriented. Although we are a small company focused primarily on West Michigan, we do serve the entire state from the U.P. to Detroit.

Ten years ago Don brought in Brian Demmick, formerly of Demmicks Nursery in Byron Center, to expand the business. The duo now has the ability to take on larger projects with their team. In recent years, Don began developing the industry to offer snow plowing, parking lot sweeping, irrigation, power washing, and site lighting. These landscape contractors are creating a full-service property maintenance company that will stand the test of time.
